Policies, terms & conditions

• If you have a bad bottle of wine please notify your sales rep to have a replacement bottle or credit applied to your next order.
• Terms are 30 days on approved credit. Please pay on time. If not, we will charge your account 1.5% interest on the unpaid balance after 42 days and every 30 days thereafter. Deliveries on orders where there is a balance over 30 days will be C.O.D. as per California ABC Regulations.
• Our minimum order is $250. If you order less than the minimum a $10.00 per case delivery charge will be added.
• Our Pricing is Mix & Match within the book throughout. Net Items do not discount but will build for the mix and match pricing
• Prices and vintage are subject to Change.
• We will do our best give you accurate information. We love to have the public try our wines, therefore please contact your sales rep to help you plan a tasting, wine dinner, winemaker presentation, etc. We would love to help you.
